One of the finest makes of fitness kit out in the market today is Treadmill Horizon. They have a full line of reasonable, easy-to-use and space maximizing treadmills. If working out in a gym wasn’t your thing, Treadmill Horizon is just what you need to achieve your fitness goals. Best of all, it lets you do your workouts in the privacy of your own home.
Treadmill Horizon comes in a variety of models to suit each person’s unique needs. Models come with a mix of features, sizes and price-range. Here are only some of them:
The T51
The T51 is the basic, lower-end model in Treadmill Horizon’s fitness artillery. What’s good about this treadmill is that it can be folded up for easy storage while giving users the flexibility of setting the incline and the corresponding speed to suit their fitness level. This machine also gives users the choice to start out on four preset levels before going on their own. Not to forget that the T51 also incorporates a free heart rate monitor. Other brands only have this feature on their complicated models.
The T52
The T52 model is a level higher than the T51. This model permits the users to set the treadmill incline and speed like the T51, but has 6 preset programs rather than just four. Also, like the T51, the T52 also folds up for simpler storage.
The T53
The T53 is a step up to the T52 model. It also offers more value-added features than the prior 3. For one, it has 6 preset programs and shock absorption capacity. It may also accommodate 12 Miles speeds without conking out. Other treadmills blow a fuse, you might say, at 10 miles per hour. This makes the T53 perfect for runners who live to run fast.
Moreover, this model’s incline can go as high as 12%, which is a great deal higher than the level other brands would go. The T53 also offers grip handles that monitor the user’s heart rate from his pulse. Like other Treadmill Horizon models, the T53 also folds up for easier storage.
The T54
Lastly, there’s the T54. It is the top of the line Treadmill Horizon model. It offers all that the T53 offers and masses more. Aside from the 6 preset modes, it also has two heart rate monitors and two user-customizable programs. The T54 also includes a chest strap and again, folds up for convenient storage.

I have lately purchased a cheap treadmill, and I am questioning if extended use will damage my knees and if so is there anything that I can do to avoid that?
i would just walk very slowly. don’t try to run to put impact on your knees. this is not medical advice, I am not a doctor.
