In fact, exercise is a great way to get rid of ugly cellulite dimpling. There are quite a few simple exercises designed to strengthen and tone your body. Your results will vary, based on which exercises you decide to take advantage of. First, you need to learn to recognize aerobic and anaerobic exercises and what each can do for you.
Aerobic exercises are focused on burning fat. Aerobics are, therefore, wonderful for reducing cellulite. Cellulite, after all, gets out of control when fat cells under your skin do.
When you think of aerobics, you should be thinking about fairly intense exercises. Swimming and cycling, as well as jogging, are all forms of aerobic exercises. You can also use a floor mat in your exercise plan. It’s fast and simple to do some leg raises, for example. So, you can squeeze them into even the busiest schedule. You can even make them more challenging by adding ankle weights to the routine.
Just be careful, since weight training can build a lot of muscle. So, if you’d rather get the tone without the bulk, you should probably not use weight training. If you want more workout, instead of weights, just do more repetitions.
Balance is key in any cellulite reducing exercise routine. You need to include both the aerobic and the anaerobic. You should find that your cellulite starts to dissipate, once you start a well-balanced exercise routine.
