Insanity Workout: Does It Really Work?

The insanity workout is a new workout program which is gaining much approval from fitness gurus and is becoming more widely used. The insanity work out could be accomplished by someone with a DVD player and necessitates little extra gear beyond the initial DVD purchase. The insanity workout program centers essentially on interval training as well as proper form.
The insanity system is a 60 day plan that is broken down within nine DVD’s. The first four weeks of training has five DVD’s in total each of which contain a daily work out. The 1st four weeks of exercises centers largely on aerobic and anaerobic interval training that helps to build up whole body conditioning. The five DVD’s for the first four weeks are as follows:
Plyometric Cardio Circuit – This is a forty minute work out that centers on losing body fat making use of cardio intervals.
Pure Cardio – This is a forty minute intensive cardio work out that doesn’t support any breaks.
Cardio Recovery – This thirty-five minute work out centers on recuperating your tired muscles to prepare for more cardio

Max Interval Circuit – In this 60 minute work out the circuit get much more challenging when compared with the first four weeks.
