All atheletes need something that they can check to see if they are improving or progressing.  The workout logs above will allow you to do this.   You see, if you train hard at the gym everyday, you want some type of way to look how you improved.  A training log to tell them when to push harder and when to back off.

The training log or workout logs are an easy way for you to check on your progress.  You will know where you started and where you want to go.  This will help you and lead you on the path for improved health and body.
